What to do if you're having trouble logging into your Locket account

Having trouble getting into your account? Here are a few steps that could help.

Double-check your phone number or email

First, make sure you're entering the exact phone number or email address you originally used to create your Locket account. A common issue is trying to log in with a different phone number or email than the one linked to your account.

  • If you signed up with a phone number, make sure you're including the correct country code.

  • If you signed up with an email address, check for typos or extra spaces.

Reset your password

If you're entering the right phone number or email but still can't get in, try resetting your password. Tap Forgot Passwordon the login screen and follow the prompts to create a new one.

Lost access to your phone number or email?

If you no longer have access to the phone number or email address linked to your account, we're unfortunately unable to recover your account. This is to protect the security of all Locket accounts and prevent unauthorized access.

In this case, you'll need to create a new account with your current phone number or email address.
