Make sure your Locket account is linked to an email and / or phone number that you own and have access to. If you lose access to your phone and / or email address, there is no way to recover your Locket account.

To keep your account secure, make sure to keep your password private. If another app, website, or service asks for your Locket password, never share it.

If you've shared your password in the past, we recommend changing your password on Locket immediately. If you suspect someone has gained access to your Locket account without your permission, change your password right away.
