Locket only works if you can add your best friends! To add a friend, open the Friends page using the button in the top center of the app. Then, search for a friend and add them. If you're still running into issues, try the following troubleshooting steps.
The invite link I received isn't working
Make sure you've already downloaded Locket from the App Store or Google Play.
Once it's installed, go back and tap the invite link again
Still not working? Try adding your friend by username directly in the app by opening the Friends page and searching for their username.
I'm getting an infinite loading spinner or error message
If your friend's phone number isn't listed correctly in your phone's Contacts, you might get an error message or the "Add" button will load forever. To fix this, verify that your friend's number is entered correctly. Here's how.
Open the Contacts app
Search for your friend
Check that their phone number is correct
Restart Locket and try adding them again
