LOCKET’S TERMS OF SERVICE LOCATED AT HTTPS://LOCKET.CAMERA/TERMS (THE “TERMS OF SERVICE”) ARE HEREBY INCORPORATED INTO THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY REFERENCE. THE TERMS OF SERVICE CONTAIN AN AGREEMENT TO ARBITRATE THAT, WITH LIMITED EXCEPTION, REQUIRES YOU TO SUBMIT CLAIMS YOU HAVE AGAINST SPONSOR TO BINDING AND FINAL ARBITRATION. UNDER THE ARBITRATION AGREEMENT, (1) YOU WILL ONLY BE PERMITTED TO PURSUE CLAIMS AGAINST SPONSOR ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS, NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION OR PROCEEDING, (2) YOU WILL ONLY BE PERMITTED TO SEEK RELIEF (INCLUDING MONETARY, INJUNCTIVE, AND DECLARATORY RELIEF) ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS, AND (3) YOU MAY NOT BE ABLE TO HAVE ANY CLAIMS YOU HAVE AGAINST SPONSOR RESOLVED BY A JURY OR IN A COURT OF LAW. SEE THE TERMS OF SERVICE FOR THE FULL DISPUTE RESOLUTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS. FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT, ANY CLAIMS RELATED TO THE GIVEAWAY ARE SUBJECT TO THE ARBITRATION AGREEMENT SET FORTH IN THE TERMS OF SERVICE.

​1. SPONSOR

This giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Locket Labs, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Locket" or "Sponsor"), in partnership with PresLee Faith ("Partner"). These Official Rules are in addition to the Terms of Service, which also apply to your participation in the Giveaway through the Locket application. ​2. ELIGIBILITY

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least thirteen (13) years of age at the time of entry. If you are under eighteen (18) years old, you may enter the Giveaway only with the approval of your parent or legal guardian. By participating in the Giveaway, each entrant represents that they have read these Official Rules and the Terms of Service and unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules, the Terms of Service, and the decisions of Sponsor and warrants that s/he is eligible to participate in the Giveaway. Failure to comply with the terms and conditions in these Official Rules or the Terms of Service will result in disqualification, and will allow Sponsor to select an alternate winner. Employees, officers, and directors of Locket Labs, Inc., Partner, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

​3. GIVEAWAY PERIOD

The Giveaway begins on July 20, 2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on August 5, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (the "Giveaway Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for this Giveaway.

​4. HOW TO ENTER

To enter the Giveaway, during the Giveaway Period, eligible participants must: (1) follow Partner on the Locket mobile application (available at locket.camera) using her personalized Locket link, and (2) complete the official entry form at ​​https://form.typeform.com/to/mkA6eE7I, providing their first name, last name, email address, phone number, and Locket username.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Entries submitted by any means other than as described above are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Participation in the Giveaway is voluntary and does not require you to purchase anything from Sponsor. No incomplete, forged, digitally completed or altered entries will be accepted. All entries must be completed by the last day of the Giveaway Period.

​5. PRIZE

There will be one (1) winner, who will receive a curated package of back-to-school products selected by Partner, consisting of Custom back-to-school press-on nails ($100), Assorted school supplies ($100), A new backpack ($100), Assorted Makeup and beauty products ($300) (collectively, the "Prize"), as selected at Sponsor's discretion. The total ARV of the Prize is $600.00 USD. Prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the specified prize becomes unavailable. Allow [3-4] weeks after validation of arrangement for receipt of prize. Winner will be solely responsible for all other expenses not specifically set forth herein. Sponsor is responsible for prize delivery only; Sponsor is not responsible for prize utility, quality or otherwise. In order to receive the prize, the winner may be required to provide proof of identification. THE WINNER MUST PROVIDE ALL TRUE, COMPLETE AND ACCURATE INFORMATION REQUESTED BY THE SPONSOR TO FACILITATE THE DELIVERY OF THE PRIZE, AND BEARS ALL RESPONSIBILITY IN CONNECTION THEREWITH. All federal, state, provincial and local or other taxes on the prize, including income and/or sales taxes, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

​6. WINNER SELECTION

The potential winner will be selected by Sponsor in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The drawing will take place on or around August 6, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

​7. WINNER NOTIFICATION

The potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone using the contact information provided at entry, within five (5) business days of the drawing. If a potential winner cannot be reached within five (5) business days of the first notification attempt, or if the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or if the potential winner is otherwise ineligible, that potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected. Sponsor's decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Giveaway. Sponsor may require the potential winner to provide proof of age, identity and eligibility before the Prize is awarded. Sponsor may further require the potential winner to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and, where lawful, Publicity Release prior to receiving the Prize. If a potential winner is under eighteen (18) years of age, Sponsor may require such documents to be executed by the winner’s parent or legal guardian.

​8. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

By entering, entrants agree: (a) to be bound by these Official Rules, the Terms of Service and the decisions of Sponsor; (b) to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Partner, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising out of or in connection with participation in this Giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize; and (c) to allow Sponsor to use their name, city, and state for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Sponsor, Partner, and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors are not responsible for, shall not be liable for, and hereby disclaim all liability arising from or relating to: (a) late, lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete or unintelligible entries; (b) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet, computer or other malfunctions, failures or difficulties of any kind, whether human or technical; (c) failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed communications; (d) any condition caused by events beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control; (e) any injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the Prize, or participation in the Giveaway; or (f) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, modify or cancel the Giveaway should any unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Giveaway. In the event that the proper administration of the Giveaway is prevented by such causes, Sponsor may award the Prize by random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to such action.

​9. DISQUALIFICATION

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who: (a) provides false, inaccurate, or misleading information; (b) is under 13 years of age; (c) tampers with the entry process; (d) acts in any manner deemed by Sponsor to be unsportsmanlike or disruptive or (e) is otherwise ineligible or in violation of these Official Rules or the Terms of Service.

10. PRIVACY AND MESSAGING CONSENT

By entering this Giveaway, entrants consent to Locket Labs, Inc. collecting and using their personal information (name, email address, and phone number) for the purpose of administering the Giveaway, including winner notification. Sponsor may also contact entrants via email and/or SMS regarding the Giveaway. Message and data rates may apply. Entrants may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. Sponsor's Privacy Policy is available at https://locket.camera/privacy.

11. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway. In such event, Sponsor may award the prize by random drawing from among all eligible entries received before the cancellation or suspension.

This Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple Inc., TikTok, Instagram, or any other third-party platform. Any information provided by entrants in connection with this Giveaway is being provided to Sponsor and not to Apple Inc., TikTok, Instagram or any other third-party platform. Any questions or comments regarding this Giveaway should be directed to Sponsor, not to any third-party platform.

​12. GOVERNING LAW

These Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Official Rules shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures set forth in the Terms of Service.

13. WINNER LIST

To obtain the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Locket Labs, Inc., Attn:Locket Labs BTS Giveaway, 360 Pine Street, Unit 7 San Francisco, CA 94104, or email [email protected] with the subject line "BTS Giveaway Winner Request." Requests for winner list must be received no later than 90 days from the end of the Giveaway Period (residents of Vermont and Washington need not include return postage).
