What to do if you're not getting a verification email when signing up for Locket

If you're trying to sign up for Locket and haven't received your email verification code, here are a few things to check:

  1. Make sure your email is correct. Go back and double-check that you entered your email address without any typos or extra spaces.

  2. Check your spam or junk folder. The verification email may have been filtered out of your inbox.

  3. Wait a moment and try again. It can sometimes take a minute or two for the email to arrive. If it hasn't shown up, tap Resend to request a new code.

  4. Try a different email address. If the issue continues, try signing up with a different email.
