How to request your data
Open Locket
Tap your profile photo in the upper right corner
Scroll down to the Privacy & Safety section
Tap Privacy and Data
Tap Request an archive of your data
Enter your email address
Tap Submit Request
A copy of your data will be emailed to you within 48 hours. Locket may ask you to verify your identity before processing your request, just to keep your data safe.
What's included?
Your data download may include things like:
Your account information (name, phone number, email, birthday)
Photos and videos you've shared
All other information Locket has associated with your account
