Locket Gold subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) β not through the Locket app itself. To cancel, follow the steps for your device below.
On iPhone (App Store)
Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
Tap your name at the top of the screen.
Tap Subscriptions.
Find and tap Locket from the list.
Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.
Your Locket Gold features will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
On Android (Google Play Store)
Open the Google Play Store app.
Tap your profile icon in the top right.
Tap Payments & subscriptions β Subscriptions.
Find and tap Locket from the list.
Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.
Your Locket Gold features will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Good to know
Deleting the Locket app does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel through the App Store or Google Play Store to stop future charges.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google, not by Locket. If you'd like to request a refund, please contact Apple Support or Google Play Support.
After cancellation, you'll lose access to Locket Gold features once your current billing period ends.
