When you sign up for Locket, you'll be asked to enter your phone number and a verification code that we send you. There's a few possible reasons why you might see an error message after entering your phone number.
1. The country code is incorrect
Double-check that the country code at the start of your phone number is correct. If it was entered incorrectly, delete it and manually enter the correct one.
For US numbers, it should start with +1.
For UK numbers, it should start with +44.
For Vietnam numbers, it should start with +84.
2. Your number was typed incorrectly
Double-check that you typed your phone number correctly. This is a common reason why you might not receive the verification code.
3. You may be experiencing poor network conditions.
Internationally, SMS deliverability can be spotty so we recommend adding an email to your account so that you don't lose access.
