Suggestions for sign up issues

When you sign up for Locket, you'll be asked to enter your phone number. We'll then send you a verification code to confirm your number.

If you see an error message after entering your phone number:

  1. Double-check that the country code at the start of your number is correct.

    • For US numbers, it should start with +1.

    • For UK numbers, it should start with +44.

  2. If the country code is incorrect, delete it and manually enter the correct one.

Internationally, SMS deliverability can be spotty so we recommend adding an email to your account so that you don't lose access.
