Don't worry — you're not missing out! New features on Locket don't roll out to everyone at the same time. Your friend may have received a feature before you, but that doesn't mean you won't get it too.
Feature releases can happen slowly
When we release something new, we gradually roll it out to make sure everything runs smoothly. This means some users will see a feature before others. If your friend has something you don't see yet, it's likely on its way to you in a future update.
Testing new features
Locket also occasionally tests new features with a small group of users. Some of these features may not end up being released to everyone. If you see something new that later disappears, it may have been a test.
What you can do
Make sure your Locket app is updated to the latest version in the App Store or Google Play Store. New features are delivered through app updates, so staying up to date is the best way to get them as soon as they're available.
