Locket Gold subscriptions are billed through the App Store (iPhone & iPad) or the Google Play Store (Android), which means refunds are handled directly by Apple or Google β not by Locket. We don't have access to your billing information or the ability to process refunds.
iPhone & iPad (App Store)
Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
In the What can we help you with? section, select Request a Refund, then your refund reason.
Select Next to continue to the next page.
Select your Locket Gold purchase, then tap Next.
Confirm your refund request by selecting Submit.

Android (Google Play Store)
Go to Google's Request a Refund tool.
Sign in or confirm your Google account.
Select the Locket Gold purchase you'd like refunded, then select Continue.
Select your reason for the refund, then select Continue.
Describe the issue you've encountered, then Request Refund.

Refund approval is at the discretion of Apple or Google. Locket cannot guarantee or influence the outcome.
Requesting a refund does not automatically cancel your subscription. If you'd also like to stop future charges, make sure to cancel your subscription separately.
Refund requests are typically reviewed within 24β48 hours, but processing times may vary.
